ExCo is chaired by Mr AliCem Cumhur and consists of Advisors and Directors responsible for the strategic business units and key functions. It meets formally once a month and focuses on safety, performance, people and strategy.

Doran Group, meets their sister companies regularly, and performs Advisory meetings exchanges between them.
